I’m Rachel, owner of Radiant Health & Life Coaching. Before you jump in, here are some things you can expect from working with me:

  • I will challenge you and hold you accountable. If you came to work with me, it’s because you desire some sort of change in your life. I am committed to serving as a catalyst for that change. We will work at your pace, but I will invite you to be all in because I promise you, I will be.

  • I strictly abide to always protecting your confidentiality unless you or anyone else is in danger.

Why Radiant?

I truly believe that we all have light within us. However, we all too often allow our circumstances, our life experiences, our daily stresses and our insecurities to prevent that light from shining fully. As we come into complete alignment in our lives – where what we do, what we say, and who we are all line up perfectly – we become absolutely radiant.

Coaching Philosophy

I am in the business of helping my clients create lasting change in their lives. This does not happen overnight. I do not subscribe to the “fad diet” approach to coaching. I want to help equip you with tools that you can carry throughout the remainder of your life. So when I first take on a client, we work together weekly for 3 months! It is amazing for me to witness the transformation that takes place in my clients’ lives over that period of time. And even more amazing for them ✨💜💫


How is Coaching Different from Therapy?

This is the question I get asked most often. And there are definitely key differences.

The simplest way to describe it is that with coaching, I am working with clients who are at a healthy baseline in their lives and are looking toward what’s next. They want to up-level their lives, reach their goals and move through any obstacles preventing them from doing that.

Therapists are helping people get to a healthy baseline. They have far more training and are equipped to help people heal from past trauma, treat depression and anxiety, diagnose and treat mental illness.

With that said, I have often worked with clients who have depression and anxiety. But I will only take them on if it is well-managed, if they are already under the care of a therapist, or if they are willing to work with a therapist alongside life coaching. If you are unsure if coaching is the right fit for you, let’s still jump on a call. During our free consultation, I can help you clarify the right path forward. I want what is best for you and if coaching is not appropriate at this point in time, I will be honest with you from the start. ✨💜💫
